Does your school district have a significant number of children who are struggling readers and not reading at grade level by 3rd grade?
The Brain Friendly Reading program provides instruction that enables children to quickly progress to reading and spelling at grade level. It can be implemented at any grade and throughout an entire school—including in special education settings and by reading specialists.
We are currently conducting the first phase of our Pilot Project at Holland Elementary in Taylor, MI, with remarkable results. We will continue to support the school’s implementation of the program over the next two years.
Partnering with a second school in another district for the 2020–2021 school year (and beyond) will allow us to validate the scalability and effectiveness of the program, with the goal of district-wide implementation by 2021–2022.
