Data Demonstrates Growth

One substantial bottom line exists for all reading instruction:  Does it engage the children while growing their skills?

Julie Marsh, a 3rd Grade teacher in South Redford, Michigan, demonstrated that BFR does both.

As a 29-year veteran, Julie was charged with the responsibility in the fall of 2021 of identifying children who needed differentiated reading instruction and then supplying it. She came across BFR, signed up for the 10-week Zoom course and began learning and implementing key instructional strategies the first week of the training.  Julie learned right alongside her students.

Listen to her story, see what she did and how she did it, and revel with her in the results.

The 45-minute Zoom recording is worth the watch.  If you have colleagues who are skeptical about structured literacy or the ‘science of reading approach’  (which BFR is), this webinar will give them the proof of one teacher’s experience.
